Commissions // Pollys parlour.

Spring is in the air! I'm so excited this winter was far too chilly. While I do love a cute cardigan and coats I'm looking forward to cute little bathers and sandals for sure. I'm so happy for the wonderful clients I have and as I get ready to take a break from commissions and go on holiday (first time since becoming a freelancer I'm taking time off so it's a big deal and I still feel weird not having my life all planned out for a few weeks it is scary hehe)

The wonderful polly, asked me to design a fun logo for her new business. I love her twinkly nightie and pink hair rollers.

Commission // Kustom Krafts.

I've been a stall holder of the wonderful Kustom Kraft Markets for a while now, It's very unique in it's kind. Imagine 35+ stalls of amazing vintage goodness it's so hard for me to not run around and buy all the goodies! I've been working with Kat on the flyers since I became a stall holder, shes such a fun client and friend. The markets are being held at Strathpine Westfield on the July 6th as well as the Helensvale Westfield on August 24th. So make sure you save all your pennies and come on down for the day there will be vintage cars, dancing and food what is there not to love?

oh and I'll be there as well hehe.

Commission // Thrifty Car Rentals.

Sometimes in a lil lady designers life you have to pinch yourself with some of the exciting clients you get to work with. I was contacted by Thrifty car rental on the Gold Coast to design the flyer and logo for their shirts ( sadly did not get a picture of the wonderful ladies in the shirts) for their new beach buggies range. Seriously how flippin cute are these guys?

For this flyer I used the original thrifty logo colour scheme and went from there, it was such a fun piece to design.

Of course I had to get a photo with the buggie, I was so excited hehe.

Commission // Babydoll make up artristry.

I'm so excited to share this with you guys, the wonderful beautiful and talented women behind Babydoll Makeup Artistry Kaylah whos logo and Facebook banner I have designed asked me to work on a lil project for an upcoming bridal fair. For the flyer we used 1950's shapes and typography and of course one of my pin up gals. Kaylah is from Dubbo, where I was born and it's wonderful to work with talented ladies from all over the land. Kaylah was wonderful enough to send me a few photos from the fair and I could not be more excited to share them She's used my designs for business cards, gift certs and a banner!

The flyer for the bridal fair.

The Beautiful and talented Kaylah and her wonderful girls.

Kitschy Kitschy Cute!

Something I've never drawn was little humans, but when the wonderful Bree whom I have worked with on her makeup company logo and was lucky enough to meet at Greazefest, asked me to do a logo for her new business I jumped at the opportunity. I'm always about challenging myself and trying new things and for her new business venture Kitschy Kitschy Cute we came up with a very kitschy cute design.

Here is Bree & I last year at Greazefest, I hope I get to see her at a show this year such a wonderful lady.

Make sure to check out her new facebook for Kitschy Kitschy Cute!
